I have gone through 4 different sprayers in the last 3 years, this one makes the fifth. None of the sprayers lasted more than a couple months from either leaking, threads breaking, cheap made and just plain broke. Two of the push pull type just after a few months wouldn't pull down anymore rendering it useless. The most expensive at 24.00 would no longer rotate just after 4 months, just hung there. I just put this one on myself and I am in my 70's so if I can do it any one can. I did have to tighten it on with a soft cloth and a vice grip to get it tight enough not to leak. I must say the ease of use is a blessing but what I love the most is that it does what it says.. Even on straight spray there is no harsh splash. The wide rain setting makes rinsing dishes a breeze with no splash. My Gooseneck is quite high from my 10020 year old cast iron sink and no matter what spray I used it always splattered everywhere. Not with this sprayer. I would recommend this sprayer to anyone, it's heavy duty, Does Not Splash Water and will be the Last sprayer you should ever have to buy.I purchased this in December 2021. Easy to install. Great pressure. Loved it enough to consider giving it as gifts. Here it is, less than six months later, and rather than transitioning from one spray pattern to another, the head just unscrews. I replaced the washer and it went back to working as advertised, but only for about two weeks. It's back to unscrewing instead. Right now the spray pattern is stuck on full stream, which is not my preferred pattern. But wait, IT IS CLEARLY ADVERTISED AS HAVING A LIFE TIME WARRANTY!!!!!!! But how does one act on the warranty process???? Click on the warranty info and you are instructed to contact the seller directly. So, who is the seller? Amazon or Srmsvyd? I'm getting ready to order another one while researching the answer to my question, and will follow up with a scathing negative review if the advertised warranty happens to be false. I'm bumping up to four stars because it really should have lasted longer than six months. As promised, I am following up on my initial review. I received two answers to my question on how to access the LIFE TIME WARRANTY. One person suggested that I just keep buying them because the price is so reasonable. However, having to repurchase a product every six months negates the word "QUALITY" when describing the faucet sprayer. The second person to answer appeared to be just as much in the dark. I have a hard head and don't give up so easily. The secret is in contacting the seller. Don't go to their website. Don't click on the "Visit the Srmavyd store. The only way to contact the seller is to go through Amazon. Go to "My Orders" and find your order for the sprayer. There's a "Help" button on the right. That will take you to where you need to go to act on the life time warranty. I got a new sprayer pronto, but I did point out that not honoring that warranty meant false advertisement and I would have to report them to Amazon. Now that I have told the world how to act upon the life time warranty, I don't see it remaining in the product description very long. ACT NOW!Added this to my kitchen sink. Working great. Looks good, although it would be nice to have it available in brushed nickel to match my faucet. Nice spray, much more pressure than the original nozzle. It swivels easily, easy to change Spray modes, and it seems to be made well.Let me add to other lifetime warranty problems suffered by owners. My experience was that Amazon will ever so generously allow a "one time exception" to their return policy for my faucet, which failed after only 6 months. Of course they are charging a 20% "restocking fee" and requiring me to return the old unit.I also have found this to be the best of the similar units I tried. But question whether it is worth replacing every 6 months. Also, how Amazon allows this seller to offer a false lifetime warranty which they do not honor. Buyer beware.I like it.It is well made expect for one thing I would like is a metal piece that screws into the faucet instead of plastic. I had some problems in installing it. I was ready to send it back or go the harware store to buy another adaptorI like the size as compared to the other one they make but the action of changing from shower to stream tends to remove the entire fixture. I have ordered another one and will rate it. I couldn't get ahold of the seller to complain. The faucet is really nice & made well.Unfortunately, it didn't fit my faucet.Bought one of these after getting totally fed up with cheap plastic faucet aerator/sprayers. So far works exceedingly well and is quiet. The only downside I can think of is that the metal housing gets hot when used with hot water due to conduction. A rubber gripping ring or something would go a long way to resolving this problem. Beyond that it works flawlessly for me.Difficult to use. Switching between modes is difficult because the ring is slippery when wet. Since there is no setting without aeration, there is no way to get a low pressure flow.
