DislikeSolidly built faucet. Like to pop up drain, as less likely to get clogged by the lever action systems found in many bathroom sinks. Not sure on reliability as just purchased.Worked great. A bit better than my previous faucet that looked the same. Water lines turned with pressure fittings which others didnt have. Preferred all brushed finish but joint under handle is more chrome than brushed but that is nit picking really. Faucet was flawless otherwise. Love the drain covers too. Big and worked fine.The faucet feels very sturdy (and is on the heavier side), the look is modern and it was easy to install both the faucet and the drain. I've installed many bathroom faucets over the years and can say this was a simple one as long as your connection points for hot and cold water are less than around 20" from the countertop because the supply lines are included (unlike one I bought from another hardware store). The chrome finish is very nice, though water spots do show if you don't wipe them away (blame it on the flat surface of the top of the faucet). The faucet is quiet when water is running through it (had no idea that my prior FAUCET had been the source of the noise and not the pipes in the wall). I'd buy this again happily!Nice, heavy brass construction. Looks great. Hopefully will withstand the test of time.Still in the midst of remodeling but just got these installed. I was skeptical because I did not recognize the brand but they are beautiful, heavy, good quality and love the pop up drain. My only complaint was with Amazon. I bought them on a Friday and Monday the price dropped by $17 each with a savings of over $50. I called and they would not credit the difference I had to re-buy and send back. Not a smart thing to do considering shipping cost they incurred. Not sure why they don't price match their own products? Other than that I recommend these to anyone!!I had a plumber install the two new faucets.The water volume on both faucets was low either hot or cold on each one.The plumber said it was the cartridge so this is what I told the seller.They offered suggestions on what to check so I did and found out the it was install mistakes and not the product that was the problems. The faucet look and work great the seller stayed with me thru the process and offered new cartridges free. When you buy on line you never know what customer service you are going to get, but Alwen company is great at this.Thank youDisappointing for this to happen at the end of the drain installation. Pop up post assembly was fragile. Cap no longer pops up or down or stays fixed due to the post assembly issue. Hoping their service guarantee holds up and we can get a refund or replacement because it's not sturdy and tough as advertised.Installing this on new vanity; complements high end updated appearance, easy to use, clean, with excellent flow/pressure. Love it!Honestly can't think of anything bad to say about this product!All great: Packaging, quality, install, look.Only suggestion I would make is to have longer hot & cold lines (extra 4").I bought this faucet in January, installed it in February by June it looked as though it had acid or something poured over it. It is impossible to get clean despite everything I've tried.Solid heavy unit. Looks great.
