It works great on my studio sink. The only problem is that the holes in the sprayer nozzle are too small and very quickly became jammed due to calcium in my hard water. Otherwise, I love it!Very well made product! Easy install and works fantastic! Awesome for commercial kitchen use! Highly recommended!Having a tight space to work in; I'd prefer as little twisting and tightening as possible in a faucet. I understand it might make the most sense in some applications to give more control in terms of what needs to be fished through and tighten but I worked my hand into a less than 3inch wide space and tightened the screws. This isn't a deal breaker though. It was very well priced buying it used. Also, there were no instructions, so lets hope that the order of operations comes naturally to you if you decide to buy this product or else you are in for a long install. I have seen similar installs done on youtube so I knew what to do. Overall, it works well, is solid fitting and looks pretty good.A year ago, I replaced my raggedy plastic garage sink with a restaurant sink and this faucet. OMG, it's amazing!!!!For instance, I love home decorating & painting, but put it off because I HATE paint clean-up. Now, it's a non-issue! I throw the paint brushes in the sink, hit them with this crazy powerful sprayer and I don't touch a thing. All paint tools are good as new! Here's the Customer Service Kicker! We had an Epic winter storm last month. I had no power for 4 days. The garage was a stready 12-17 degrees and a nut on the hot water faucet cracked and blew off. (My fault for not dripping the water)I reached out to the rep, to PURCHASE the part. The response was prompt, courteous & helpful.I keep explaining that the product didn't fail; S---Happens and I'll gladly pay whatever for the part. They aren't having it. Four emails later & the entire handle assembly is headed my way and they won't take my money!!!I'm counting my pennies to see how soon I can buy another one of these faucets & pay "the dude" to put one in my kitchen!I don't Gush very often, but this has been one of the BEST purchases I've made in years. We just installed it a day ago and it took a good portion of the day to "assemble" and fit onto our sink. Beware it says 8" center but it's actually 8 5/16". we had to ream out the back wall cutouts from the previous fixture to adjust the fit. Hardest problem was the faucet to hot/cold fittings, this kept leaking and had to take it apart several times to try to correct it, finally after teflon taping and thread sealing 'again' (something we did and always do to all fittings that require it) and much frustration we left it alone for the night, needless to say it's holding and working fine for now. Since this particular offer didn't have any reviews we were on our on but when the leak problem got frustrating I looked at another offer of the same fixture and read their reviews and people discussed their problem with the washers same as us. If it leaks again we will try not tightening it down so hard and see if this corrects the problem. The fixture came with extra O rings and gaskets but not any for the fittings where we had the main problem, and I tried to find them at our local hardware store to no avail, I had to buy what was closet to the size and re-cut them. I wish these gaskets were included in the extras and the tightening issue was mentioned in the instructions, we would of finished the job much sooner and lived without the frustration. All in all I do like it, the spray is strong and flexible. I really like that you can use both the faucet or sprayer without having to flip the handle, the spray is stronger if used on it's setting but strong enough when mixed. The long flat faucet head reaches perfect for filling big pots and rinsing them out. We hope to use this for a long time the company gives it a 5 year warranty but I hope it last longer than that.Pros: Looks great, sprayer attachment is very powerful, very helpful customer service.Cons: Installation can be trickyIf you are installing this on a commercial stainless steel sink, installation is very easy. If you are installing this through a kitchen backsplash without access from behind it can be a bit of a challenge, but not impossible. Faucet uses British Standard Parallel Pipe thread which is fine for pretty much everywhere except the US which uses National Pipe Thread. BSPP doesn't use teflon tape, it uses gaskets to insure a good seal. If you are installing this in the US you will have to convert your NPT to BSPP. If in doubt hire a plumber to install it. Having said that the customer service was fantastic in answering questions and providing support. At only 21" of height for this models hose, it may fit your under cabinet sinks great, but dont expect to be twisting that sprayer head around much to catch angles of pots and pans. Its pretty stiff because of that short hose and arched spring, it has to be, or it would snap at the base. This is not the flexible sprayer you envision dishwashers using in restaurants, its much more limited. You also need to tape every joint when putting it together and it can get a little annoying when tightening one joint another wants to spin the other way. And you dont know if you got it right until you turn the water back on and look for leaks. Took me three tries. But I guess that is every faucet. Except this one has many many joints.Having said all that, once installed correctly, it seems to be working fine and Im adjusting to the stiff sprayer. My overall impression is that its overpriced. I ponied up the bucks for this only because I got a deal on my sink and I didnt have the headroom for the taller restaurant size chinese versions. Its fine for a brewroom sink.
