This faucet is BEAUTIFUL!!! I purchased two for our master bathroom remodel. The only downside to this item which is why I didn’t give it 5 stars) is that you have to go purchase new hoses as the hoses that’s included is very flimsy and short. The hoses bent and kinked in different areas which decreased the water pressure and flow. We purchased a longer sturdier hose from our local Home Depot and it now works and looks beautiful!! If you don’t mind spending extra money on the appropriate hoses then it’s a beautiful purchase!!!I love watching the water as it comes out of this faucet. I wished it would fit in my guess bathroom too. Very beautiful and worth the money. Also, easy to install. This product sure looks pretty but it's non-standard design will make it a pain to install in most applications. Many have commented on how incomplete the installation directions are, it's actually worse than that. The directions supplied are not even remotely for the product you ordered, and the parts are not in any way comparable, so the directions are beyond useless. However, that wouldn't be a big deal if these were manufactured in any kind of standard configuration. They are not.Do not buy this product if:1) your countertop is already installed and affixed, and2) your countertop is more than 1 1/8 inches thick.Reasons: 1) The underside of the faucet handles are designed in such a way that a valve socket wrench WILL NOT fit them - your only recourse is to use a crescent wrench or pliers. This would be ok if your countertop is not yet installed and you can flip it over to give yourself plenty of room to tighten. However, if your countertop is already installed and affixed, then you will have absolutely no room to maneuver a crescent wrench or pliers to tighten the nut. 2) The faucet spigot itself has no pre-attached connectors. Instead, there is a small, threaded 2 1/8 inch-long connector pipe, male on both ends, that screws into the faucet on one end and into a 'T' joint connector on the other end. If your countertop is more than 1 1/8 inches thick, then after affixing the faucet to the counter by tightening the nut and washer, there will not be enough threading left on the other end to securely attach the 'T' connector with a leak-proof seal. What's more, the connector pipe is not the same diameter at both ends, so it is impossible to go to your local plumbing supply store and buy a longer replacement. The result being you have a useless piece of beautiful bathroom hardware.Others have also commented on how short the connector hoses are. They are laughable in their inadequacy. The long and short of it is that if you buy this product, you are buying a headache.I really tried to like the item but it just wouldn't work. The thread of the faucet was too short for my counter; it's machine cut steel so you can't just swap it out. Don't try, I tried, home depot and two other plumbing supplies didn't have it and the bigger plumbing supply in NYC said that I wouldn't find it because of the way it was manufactured. As other reviewers have said it has thin quality hoses. But you also need to buy two additional hoses to connect the water lines (this is common though). The big thing that was a problem with this was that the faucet did not have an aiirator, you know how your other faucet water comes out kind of bubblly and not like hose water? Well that restricts was use to about 1.2Gallons per minute. I'd venture to say this sink puts out 3 gallons a minute, and the faucet splashes cuz of the design. Thats bad, really bad if you have kids. So i ended up returning it.The good is that if you have a thin counter, no kids, it might be good. The handles though are really nice, though I'm not sure how long the finish would stay on this item though. It's low to medium quality.when you look dead on to the spout, it leans further to one side and it's quite noticeable - turned out gorgeous anyway, but would have been better straightThe product was very beautiful and nicely made. I haven't got to put it in the app because all the tubing is different than what I have. Also for the bathroom sink the faucet is very huge the same size as it is for the tub. I figured it would be a lot smaller. Might have to return. It is gorgeous!! But such a pain to install on the new vanity. The washers, and drain pipes were awful, and had to go to the home store and purchase better ones. Now, making a washer that will fit and will keep it from leaking. Hope it is worth all of this stress, and extra hours of work. It will be beautiful, but the supplier doesn’t send the correct parts.Gorgeous faucet but splashes all over the place in a small sink because of the linear spout. I got it for my powder room but it isn't going to work. Would be great for a bathtub.
