I just tried installing my faucet and all went well minus a small problem I ran into, no fault of the company. My current sink plate failed to fit the new faucet leaving it unsturdy. The company followed up with me after purchase via message to see how installation went for me so I explained I ran into an issue stopping me from finishing the install, the sink plate. I asked if I needed a specific one for this faucet and they responded they are sending one asap free of charge and if there's any other problems to please not hesitate to reach out. I was so blown away by their quick response, kindness and offer, I wasn't expecting it at all. Reading other reviews it seems like they go above and beyond helping you install the faucet and to ensure your happiness with the product. This faucet is stunning quality. I'm so happy with my purchase and am so excited to finish the install with the piece they are sending. I will definitely purchase from this company again for other home projects I have. They honestly care about their customers which is rare with companies nowadays, it's absolutely worth every penny spent for that type of customer service and quality.This faucet is a great value and looks amazing! It's much better than the cheapest faucet at Home Depot or Lowes, which will run you at least $100. It's also super easy to install so do not fear. Contrary to some reviews here, the faucet provides excellent water pressure. If at first, you don't agree, make sure to clean out the mesh filters on the supply lines. I had a piece of plumbers tape get caught and the cold water was barely coming out. I disconnected the supply line and found the problem and voila....excellent pressure! I never write reviews, but I highly recommend this one.Great looking faucet for more than 75 percent less than larger brands. Sleek and modern and wonderfully easy to install. I installed myself with zero plumbing experience. The nozzle hose isn’t as flush/ seamless as higher end ones but for the cost, it’s a insignificant issue. If you are looking to update your kitchen fixtures on a budget this is a must have!!This is a PHENOMENAL faucet for the price! Our old one (only a couple years old) would NEVER go from spray to stream as effortlessly as this one, or at all really. We thought we wanted a new sink, but turns out, it was just our crappy annoying old faucet that sucked!I can’t speak to the longevity of this one, but it seems to be pretty durable and we’ve used it nonstop for a couple months!For this price ($37.00), you will NOT be disappointed!!Replaced the American Standard faucet I had that I spend several hundred dollars on. The debris screens at the supply lines are a great touch. Many high end faucets don’t have them including the American Standard I replaced. If it had those mine would have still been working. Honestly the quality is comparable and it’s a 10 minute install if you’ve done plumbing before.I installed the faucet in about five minutes unlike another one I bought on Amazon. It comes right out of the box and is ready to install. The other one I purchased had to be assembled prior to install and was a pain. I would recommend this one. The 4 out of five sturdiness is a result of the stainless sink and not the product. If your sink is not metal then it will be more sturdy so watch out for that. When I replace the builder grade cheap sink I am sure it will be a 5out if 5.I am very pleased with this item. The hand tighten nut was a piece of cake compared to trying to tighten a fixture securing nut while on your back or some other prone position under a sink in a cabinet. Can't give a long term rating, but so far I'm satisfied especially at this price point.I’m very impressed with this faucet. My faucet broke and I was running low on money so I didn’t get my hopes up because it was much cheaper than most I found. I was looking for one that didn’t have plastic pieces, especially the area that you screw it to your sink. I came across this one and the reviews were wonderful so I ordered it and it’s the best purchase I’ve made in a while!! I love it!! Everything about it is 5 stars!
